Visitor and consultation data
Guangzhou Miao Software Technology Co., Ltd. uses this first-party tool to understand visits and respond to enquiries. Available from October 21, 2026.
- We record page paths, referring domains, explicitly supplied campaign tags or search terms, device/browser type, browser language, active time, and WeChat/phone clicks. A click does not prove a successful contact.
- A random identifier is kept in the current tab's session storage. We do not read AI prompts, conversation history or other websites' browsing history, record your screen or mouse movements, or create a cross-site fingerprint.
- IP addresses are used for short-term rate limiting and a local country lookup. This tool does not store raw IPs in its visitor database or send individual IPs to an external geolocation service. Normal website access/security logs are separate.
- Our team can send an initial chat invitation. You can close it. Messages and contact details you choose to provide are used for follow-up. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment-card details.
- Online visitor details and messages are retained for 30 days. Backups rotate over seven days and may retain expired records for up to seven additional days. Admin access requires login and a necessary session cookie.
- With DNT or GPC enabled, this tool does not automatically track visits or send invitations. WeChat and phone contact options remain available.
