How support actually works

Every store works with the same dedicated Chinese-speaking technician - not a rotating ticket queue. They already know which country your store is in, which tax rates you use and what settings were changed last time, so you never have to explain it again. Reach them by WeChat text, voice message or phone; if something is hard to describe, they connect remotely to the POS computer.
