POS built for a shop where nobody shares a first language
The owner reads Chinese. The cashier reads Khmer, Spanish or Vietnamese. The tax office wants the receipt in something else again. MISAll treats that as the normal case rather than an edge case.
Language is a per-user setting, not a per-install one
23 languages ship with the system. The choice belongs to the account, so two terminals in the same shop can run in different languages at the same time — you check margins in Chinese on the back office machine while the front counter stays in the local language all day.
Scripts that thermal printers normally mangle
Burmese, Khmer, Thai, Arabic and Chinese do not live in a thermal printer's built-in font table. MISAll can send the receipt as a rendered image instead of relying on the printer's character set, which is why the text comes out readable rather than as boxes.
Sales keep running when the connection doesn't
The terminal switches to offline mode automatically when the link drops and syncs once it is back. Outages are a weekly fact of life in a lot of the places our customers trade in, so this is a base requirement rather than a feature.
Decimal places you actually use
Set the number of decimals per account — three for Kuwaiti fils, none for Chilean pesos. 20+ major settlement currencies are supported for settlement, and rounding behaviour follows the setting rather than a hard-coded assumption about two decimals.
Control at the counter
- Cashier permissions
- Price overrides, discounts, voids and refunds are permissions, not habits. A cashier can be given a maximum round-down amount so small change is handled without opening the door to arbitrary price edits.
- Several tills, one shop
- Sales report per terminal as well as per cashier. Reconciling by person tells you who is short; reconciling by machine tells you which counter or which piece of hardware is the problem. Both views exist because they answer different questions.
- Barcodes and labels
- Print shelf and product labels from the same catalogue the till reads, so a scanned code and a printed label cannot drift apart.
- Members and points
- Membership cards, stored value and point-based discounts are handled in the POS rather than bolted on. Stored value is money you owe the customer in goods, and the system accounts for it that way.
- Local invoicing and fiscal rules
- These differ sharply by country and change often. Tell us where the shop is and we will confirm what MISAll supports there before you commit — we would rather lose the sale than promise a fiscal integration we do not have.
Ask about your country before you buy
Message us on WeChat with the country, the number of stores and what you sell. Support is 08:00-23:00 china standard time (utc+8) - 00:00-15:00 utc, seven days a week, and 24/7 response for critical incidents.

Common questions
- Can I keep the barcode scanner and receipt printer I already have?
- Usually yes for scanners — most standard USB scanners behave as a keyboard and work without a driver. Printers vary far more, so send us the exact model and we will confirm before you count on it. A quick field test for a scanner that seems dead: does it beep when it reads? If it beeps, the scanner is fine and the problem is the product code or the settings; if it does not, the problem is the scanner or the cable.
- What hardware does a counter actually need?
- A Windows computer, a receipt printer, a barcode scanner and a cash drawer. Two pieces of practical advice from shipping a lot of these: buy the computer locally rather than freighting one, and prefer separate components over an all-in-one till — when one part of an all-in-one fails, the whole counter stops and you are waiting on a specific spare.
- Can two tills in the same shop run in different languages at the same time?
- Yes. Interface language is set per user account, not per installation, so the back office can stay in Chinese while the front counter runs in the local language on the next machine.
- Can I see exactly what each cashier did?
- Yes. Sales report per cashier and per terminal, and the system log records who edited or voided which document and when. Permissions decide what someone is allowed to do; the log is where you find out what actually happened.
