MISAll MISAll POS & Inventory

About these MISAll user guides

These guides help Chinese-owned businesses overseas train owners, cashiers, warehouse staff and local-language teams using the same operational rules.

Choose the right edition

POS covers checkout. Back Office covers store administration. MISAll Business Manager (Enhanced Edition) covers purchasing, sales documents, inventory and accounts; it does not include POS checkout, membership/promotions, Audit Centre or tax-authority integration.

Read a task, check its result

Each topic starts with a direct answer, followed by steps, completion checks and troubleshooting notes. Chinese and English versions describe the same workflow. Interface labels and custom master-data names may differ.

Actual screenshots and example data

Screenshots come from the actual application in an isolated training company. The illustrated item, receipt and two cash sales were checked against their records. Blank forms show controls, not completed transactions. No AI-generated application screenshots are used.

The reference version is 26.10.202, with some captures from the 26.10.201–202 workspace. Use a training company for practice and do not copy example IP addresses, barcodes or document numbers into a live business.

Some English articles reuse an actual Chinese-interface screenshot, explicitly labelled in the caption, with English instructions. Screenshot counts can differ between languages. Example product names and units are user-entered data and do not automatically translate when you switch the interface language.

Sales, money and fiscal records

A saved sale, a successful payment and an issued fiscal document are different results. Offline synchronization transfers sales records; it does not automatically submit fiscal invoices. Network outages differ from power cuts: the computer and peripherals still need power. Country-specific configuration and hardware require their own verification.
