Assign roles and warehouse data scope

Module access, action permissions and data scope control where users can go, what they can do and which records they can see.

Steps

1. Define roles for data maintenance, purchasing, warehouse, sales, finance and management.
2. In Operator Permission, assign viewing and the required create, edit, approve, unapprove, print and export actions.
3. Limit warehouse or sales-representative scope where needed and review cost, purchase-price and price-change rights.
4. Sign in as the operator and test both allowed tasks and intended restrictions, including exports and printing.
5. Update rights when roles change. Investigate edition and feature gates as well as permissions when a button is unavailable.
