Pay with stored value and reconcile top-ups

Stored value is a member balance. Purchases, top-ups and refunds must be reconciled separately.

Steps

1. Bind a stored-value member and verify the card and balance before opening payment.
2. Enter the amount to use. If the balance is insufficient, reduce that amount and complete the remainder with an allowed method.
3. After success, check both the sale and balance movement. Investigate uncertain results before attempting another debit.
4. For a top-up, use the online top-up function and verify the actual payment method and amount before confirming.
5. Have an authorized person handle lost cards, account closure or balance corrections through the appropriate workflow.
