Use vouchers and redeem loyalty points

Voucher payment and points redemption are different workflows. Where voucher numbers are required, validate the actual number instead of typing an arbitrary deduction.

Steps

1. Select Voucher in payment. If a Number button appears, enter the voucher and check the amount and eligibility returned.
2. Complete the remainder using an allowed method and retain the link between the voucher and sale.
3. For points redemption, select the member and redemption item, then verify points, quantity and stock before confirming.
4. Check the points ledger and redemption record afterwards. Use an authorized correction process for mistakes instead of issuing a second gift.
